Hi!
I am always trying to think of creative ways to eat healthy. I noticed that my favorite salad was GREEK SALAD, and I am ALWAYS going out and getting it. I thought.. hmmm I can make this at home. So, you can make this w/ or w/o protein. On this day, I used left over chicken from dinner the night before, the next day I made it with a can of tuna.
-Light Feta Cheese (I bought the block kind and just crumbled it myself)
-Tomatoes
-Red Pepper
-Red onion-(in a typical Greek, I chose not to use)
-can of sliced black olives(put the leftovers in a Tupperware container)
-cucumber
For the lettuce.. to be healthy... I bought 1 bag of spinach, and 1 bag of mixed spring greens and use a combination of both. Organic.
How to make the dressing:
I used a water bottle, but if you are a fancy chef with a proper container for salad dressing.. then cool points for you :) This will make enough for 6 salads...
1/2 cup of olive oil
1/8 lemon juice
1/8 red wine vinegar
2 tsp dried oregano
2-3 garlic cloves(I suggest getting a garlic clove masher, healthier w/o preservatives) or just buy the stuff in the glass container.
salt and pepper to taste.
A little goes a long way, so add some and toss.. and see if you need more!
The lunch I made for my friend Terri, I just used one tomato, one pepper, a section of a cucumber.
But, you can decide what you like! Served with a whole grain roll which was perfect to make sure every ounce of that yummy dressing didn't go to waste!
Bon Appetit!

AMERICA'S HEALTH/FAST FOOD FRYING AMERICA/ WEIGHT GAIN/ OBESITY/
2.8 billion prescriptions written each year
1.1 million deaths from heart diease
770,000 death from Cancer
160,000 strokes
18 million diabetics
1 in 7 get breast cancer
More pregnancies not making to full term
More babies being born with defects
What has changed?
Our soils are depleted. Our food in nutritionally bankrupt. Our air and water is contaminated. All our food is controlled by 4 major companies.
Chickens don't grow in 6 weeks.
Strawberries aren't meant to be HUGE.
And we wonder why we have issues???
We have an obesity problem that contributes to over 300k deaths a year
80% of people in North America are overweight
SO..... is this ever going to change?
As of last December, I was almost as ignorant to most of this. Sure, I knew there was a problem, but I assumed that if I ate healthy I am okay. But, not necessarily. No matter how healthy I eat, the food is still loaded with chemicals, pesticides, growth hormones and herbicides. As a personal trainer, my main focus is to help my clients lose weight and GET RESULTS. The hardest aspect in doing this, is that nutrition is 90% of their results. I would say half of my clients simply do not have the time to eat healthy.
Then one day... an angel called me, her name is Cindy Moore. She was a nutritional cleansing coach with this company called Isagenix. After her giving me her phone speech, she mentioned some things that made sense. She spoke about toxicity, and how some of our bodies are SO toxic, that no matter how much we exercise we will not lose that stubborn weight.
Long story short. My client Terri and I went to an information event, where I met over 75 people in a room all standing up raving about their results. So, we both gave it a try.
Since then my life has changed.
Not only do I recommend my clients use Isagenix, I recommend my family, close friends, and of course I can't live without it.
I feel amazing. I don't feel dead. I have non stop HEALTHY energy, I sleep better, my skin glows, my muscles are stronger, I just feel amazing and people think I am 23!
Which brings me to this video below of a McDonald's burger taking 6 months to decompose. It almost makes me want to puke.
The information is there. How are you going to live your life? If you know there are options, healthier options and steps you can take to live longer and healthier, and not rely on pills to sleep or coffee to make it through your day... why wouldn't you try it?
I feel I have been given a gift now to help everyone around me live a better life. There are some who will get it, and take the step towards eating LIVE SUPER food provided by Isagenix's with over 30 years of science behind it- (shakes, greens, fruits, vitamins etc), and share it with their family and friends.
There are those that will just shrug and walk away.
The cost is nothing compared to how great I feel, and is cheaper than what I use to spend on starbucks, red bull and gatorade to make it through my day.
You make the decision for yourself. I have made the change and taken steps to secure my health, longevity, and looking 23 for a long time :)
Message me for information on Isagenix and how I can coach you through to a healthier and happier you!

Alcohol/Weight loss/Drinking/Your Health/connection between alcohol, weight loss, and your health
DRINKING and its affect on YOU!
So, we all know that drinking isn't necessarily good for you, nor does the Doctor prescribe it for you
to cure what ails you. But, most of us (some more than others), turn to alcohol
to aleviate our aches and in pains in life, or use it to be social with our friends.
Unfortunately, the accumulation of alcohol does have an adverse affect on your life, your aging process, your body and your mental clarity.
Alcohol, or ethyl alcohol (ethanol), refers to the intoxicating ingredient found in wine, beer and hard liquor. Alcohol arises naturally from carbohydrates when certain micro-organisms metabolize them in the absence of oxygen, called fermentation. All alcohol have different proofs, the higher the proof, the stronger the alcohol.
Recent studies show that moderate use of alcohol may have a beneficial effect on the coronary system. In general, for healthy people, one drink per day for women and no more than two drinks per day for men would be considered the maximum amount of alcohol consumption to be considered moderate use. (referring to non-pregnant women, individuals not addicted to alcohol, and people without pre-existing medical conditions, among others). However, the amount of alcohol that a person can drink safely is highly individual, depending on genetics, age, sex, weight and family history, etc. A drink is considered to be:
Once alcohol reaches the stomach, it begins to break down with the alcohol dehydrogenase enzyme. This process reduces the amount of alcohol entering the blood by approximately 20%. (Women produce less of this enzyme, which may help to partially explain why women become more intoxicated on less alcohol than men.). In addition, about 10% of the alcohol is expelled in the breath and urine.
Alcohol is rapidly absorbed in the upper portion of the small intestine. The alcohol-laden blood then travels to the liver via the veins and capillaries of the digestive tract, which affects nearly every liver cell. The liver cells are the only cells in our body that can produce enough of the enzyme alcohol dehydrogenase to oxidize alcohol at an appreciable rate.
Though alcohol affects every organ of the body, it's most dramatic impact is upon the liver. The liver cells normally prefer fatty acids as fuel, and package excess fatty acids as triglycerides, which they then route to other tissues of the body. However, when alcohol is present, the liver cells are forced to first metabolize the alcohol, letting the fatty acids accumulate, sometimes in huge amounts. Alcohol metabolism permanently changes liver cell structure, which impairs the liver's ability to metabolize fats. This explains why heavy drinkers tend to develop fatty livers.
The liver is able to metabolize about ½ ounce of ethanol per hour (approximately one drink, depending on a person's body size, food intake, etc.). If more alcohol arrives in the liver than the enzymes can handle, the excess alcohol travels to all parts of the body, circulating until the liver enzymes are finally able to process it. (Which is another good reason not to consume more than one drink per hour.).
How the Liver Breaks Down Alcohol The alcohol dehydrogenase enzyme breaks down alcohol by removing hydrogen in two steps:
1. Alcohol dehydrogenase oxidizes alcohol to acetaldehyde
2. Acetaldehyde dehydrogenase oxidizes the acetaldehyde to acetyl CoA.
Alcohol and Malnutrition For moderate drinkers, alcohol does not suppress food intake, and may actually increase appetite. Chronic alcohol consumption appears to have the opposite effect. Alcohol causes euphoria, which depresses appetite, so that heavy drinkers tend to eat poorly and become malnourished.
Alcohol is very rich in energy, packing 7 calories per gram. But like pure sugar or fat, the calories are void of nutrients. The more calories an individual consumes in alcohol, the less likely it is that they will eat enough food to obtain adequate nutrients. To make matters worse, chronic alcohol abuse not only displaces calories from needed nutrients, but also interferes with the body's metabolism of nutrients, leading to damage of the liver, digestive system, and nearly every bodily organ.
I recently decided to look into this after meeting someone who drinks A LOT, and said they didn't eat. I thought how is that possible?
So, in short. If you are going to drink, you need to make sure you are eating 5x day, exercising and drinking tons of water. Talk to me about nutritional cleansing, if your liver is this bad you seriously need to consider the further harm you are doing to your body, and what you will look like 10 years from now. Excessive amounts of alcohol ages you, impairs your functions and will leave you with dented quality of life and shorter lifespan.
It is easy to enjoy the party and live in the moment. But, with all the knowledge we have now on what alcohol and alcoholism can do I encourage you to take the responsible step to live a healthier life.

- 4-5 ounces of wine
- 10 ounces of wine cooler
- 12 ounces of beer
- 1-1/4 ounces of distilled liquor (80 proof whiskey, vodka, scotch, or rum)

- During alcohol metabolism, NAD becomes unavailable for the many other vital body processes for which it is needed, including glycolysis, the TCA cycle and the electron transport chain. Without NAD, the energy pathway is blocked, and alternative routes are taken, with serious physical consequences:
- The accumulation of hydrogen atoms shifts the body?s balance toward acid.
- The accumulation of NADH slows the TCA cycle, resulting in a build up of pyruvate and acetyl CoA. Excess acetyl CoA results in fatty acid synthesis and fat begins to clog the liver. (An accumulation of fat in the liver can be observed after only a single night of heavy drinking).

Best Cardio to Burn FAT!/ Cardio/Fat burn/ Cardio Exercise
Questioning whether you are doing all you can cardio wise to maximize your fat burning success?
Fitness Answer:
Your focus should be to burn one pound of body fat per week. Try creating a deficit of 500 calories per day for a total of 3,500 calories per week. There is 3,500 calories in one pound of body fat. The best approach is to fuel your body with high nutrient food and burn off the 500 calories through high intensity cardio. This will keep your metabolism high.
The best cardio exercise is simply the one you will do day in and day out consistently. Choose one which you enjoy doing and don't be afraid to mix the exercises up. Interval cardio work consists of moving from one exercise to another in set time intervals. For example, you could do the elliptical trainer for 15 minutes, then switch to the stationary bike for another 15 minutes and finish off on the treadmill for the last 15 minutes. Interval training is a great way to keep everything fresh! There are two schools of thought when it comes to cardio training. The "slow & steady" group and the "high intensity" group. These two groups breakdown like this:
Slow & Steady Cardio
Which Cardio Exercise Burns the Most Calories?
Below are the top 10 cardio exercises which burn the most calories in 30 minutes.
1. Step Aerobics - one of the most favorite cardio exercises preferred by women. Step Aerobics mainly target your legs, hips and glutes, and can burn approximately 400 calories in 30 minutes.
2. Bicycling - stationary or outdoors is a great cardio exercises, depending on resistance and speed can but 250 to 500 calories in 30 minutes.
3. Swimming - like cross-country skiing is an excellent cardio exercises as it is a full body exercises. Swimming is a great cross-training for other cardio activities. Doing the breast stroke can burn approximately 400 calories in 30 minutes.
4. Racquetball - side to side sprinting makes racquetball and excellent cardio exercises. A 145-LB person burns over 400 calories in 30 minutes.
5. Rock Climbing - is not only a cardio exercises, but also uses arm and leg strength and power. Rock Climbing can burn up to 380 calories in 30 minutes.
6. Cross-country Skiing - whether on a machine or outdoors on snow, is an incredible cardio exercises as it involves both upper and lower body. A 145 LB person can burn approximately 330 calories in 30 minutes.
7. Running - Running is an excellent cardio exercises because all you need is a pair of quality running shoes. Running burns serious calories. A 145 LB person can easily burn 300 calories in 30 minutes.

10. Walking - Brisk walking is a less strenuous form of cardio exercises. Walking can burn up to 180 calories in 30 minutes. Sprinting, adding hills or an incline can increase amount of calories burned.
For the real high intensity cardio people out there who love the HIIT training (High Intensity Interval Training), below are the top three cardio exercise which will provide amazing results!
1. Jumping Rope - This is one of the simplest, yet most effective exercises one can do. In just 15 to 20 minutes, jumping rope will give you an unparalleled total body workout. Jumping rope is ideal for cardiovascular endurance and enhances performance in virtually any sport - tennis, basketball, football, skiing, volleyball and more. This simple exercise is also great for eye-hand coordination, lateral movement, foot and hand speed and agility.
2. Sprinting - Sprinting not only burns HUGE amounts of calories while sprinting, it also keeps your metabolism flying for days after. Sprinting combined with running / jogging can bring amazing results.
3. Spinning - These high-intensity workouts to music simulate a challenging bike ride, complete with hills, valleys and varying speeds, all dictated by the group instructor.
My personal favorite is intervals. Could be 30 jump squats, with 30 pylo pushups, 30 high knees and then something slow like abs, triceps/biceps, then repeat. I interchange my favorite tools such as the BOSU ball, Medicine Balls, and Rubberbands. I always try to get new ideas and implement them. You want to confuse your body and it will also keep it interesting for you.
Good luck!

French Fries vs Side Salad, Healthy vs. Temptation. What to do!
So, we have all been there. We are at the restaurant and the perky waiter says, "...and for your side".
Now the good natured healthy 'you' knows that you immediately should JUMP and say, "side salad".
But, the crispy french fries are just calling out to you. You have every excuse in the book as to why you deserve these yummy fries.
Well, maybe some education in the difference will make you think twice.
We all know that the average diet is based on 2000 calories a day. (this may vary based on your personal caloric needs, google basil metabolic rate to figure this out.) To lose weight you need a deficit of 3500 a week to lose 1 lb! That's 500 calories less a day, to lose 1 lb a week.
Medium Fries: Side Salad
Calories 427 Calories 13
Fat 22.82 Fat .2
Carbs 50 Carbs 4.8
Protein 5 Protein 1.0
So, right there you see the difference. That side of fries is keeping you from your 500 cal a day different to lose one pound.
I have found that the healthy way of eating, combined with exercise is the best way to lose weight, but build a healthy strong body. Just eating healthy will leave you with lose skin and a weak body.
Good luck with your fitness and health goals. Don't be afraid to skip the fries!

Vacation/Gaining Weight/Alcohol/Processed food/cleansing/exercise
How to go on vacation without gaining weight!
Well, we have all done it. Gone on a great vacation ate and drank till our bellies were happy, and then return home to a different waistline, feeling exhausted or worse you get sick.
Lets face it, it is difficult to enjoy your life and eat healthy 24/7. I try to practice what I preach as much as possible. But, I am human. I do make mistakes and I do eat foods that I shouldn't. I recently went on a 15 day trip to the United Kingdom. Land of beer, mashed potatoes, and croissants. YUMMM.
The bad food choices and temptation was all around me. But, I decided I was going to enjoy myself, but bring with me some vital products I use from the ISAGENIX line. I ate dessert, had pizza, and drank lots of beers. I knew with my Isagenix products I would maintain my health and results. Isagenix is the #1 nutritional cleansing company in the world. On a day to day basis I normally do my shake for breakfast, and use other products to keep my body alkaline, energy through the roof, and body in tip-top shape.
My results:
I was with 50 people for 15 days with Contiki Tours. All 49 of them had some sort of flu, cough, or sinus infection. I brought my Ionix Supreme which I drank every morning to keep my body strong from stress and fill it with essential nutrients and adaptogens, I did my cleanse drink at bed(to flush the toxins and impurities out of my body), and I did a IsaLean Shake every other day, to get my 7 digestive enzymes and 20 amino acids we don't get in today's food. I gained 1 pound and DID NOT GET SICK.
My Return:
So, not only did I return to the states feeling great, I came home to great news from my friends who had started their cleanse. Mike lost 15lbs, Ryan 10 lbs, Ann Marie 7 lbs, Ashley 8.5 lbs all in two weeks.

Aerobic and Cardiovascular/ Importance of Fitness/Starting Fitness/Longevity and Fitness
So, we all know that exercise is important and is one of the key ingredients to living a happier and more fulfilled life. Regardless of age, weight or athletic ability, aerobic activity is good for you. As your body adapts to regular aerobic exercise, you'll get stronger and fitter. Consider the following 10 ways that aerobic activity can help you feel better and enjoy life to the fullest.
Aerobic activity can help you:
I recently had a friend who hasn't done ANY exercise in over a year. Her first step back into the gym was a tough one. But, days after she felt 100 times better!
We all say we are too busy to exercise, but taking just 15 minutes a day to walk your dog a little faster, or maybe go for a walk after dinner is a great start to creating good habits.
Need Motivation?
1. Grab a friend and set a time.
2. Find a local park
3. Create a schedule that you can follow
4. Set measurable goals and post somewhere visual
5. Have a great "music list" to listen to on your cardio adventure
6. Reward= better health!!!
Aerobic activity can help you:
- Keep excess pounds at bay
Combined with a healthy diet, aerobic exercise helps you lose weight — and keep it off. - Increase your stamina
Aerobic exercise may make you tired in the short term. But over the long term, you'll enjoy increased stamina and reduced fatigue. - Ward off viral illnesses
Aerobic exercise activates your immune system. This leaves you less susceptible to minor viral illnesses, such as colds and flu. - Reduce your health risks
Aerobic exercise reduces the risk of many conditions, including obesity, heart disease, high blood pressure, type 2 diabetes, stroke and certain types of cancer. Weight-bearing aerobic exercises, such as walking, reduce the risk of osteoporosis. - Manage chronic conditions
Aerobic exercise helps lower high blood pressure and control blood sugar. If you've had a heart attack, aerobic exercise helps prevent subsequent attacks. - Strengthen your heart
A stronger heart doesn't need to beat as fast. A stronger heart also pumps blood more efficiently, which improves blood flow to all parts of your body. - Keep your arteries clear
Aerobic exercise boosts your high-density lipoprotein (HDL or "good") cholesterol and lowers your low-density lipoprotein (LDL or "bad") cholesterol. The potential result? Less buildup of plaques in your arteries. - Boost your mood
Aerobic exercise can ease the gloominess of depression, reduce the tension associated with anxiety and promote relaxation. - Stay active and independent as you age
Aerobic exercise keeps your muscles strong, which can help you maintain mobility as you get older. Aerobic exercise also keeps your mind sharp. At least 30 minutes of aerobic exercise three days a week seems to reduce cognitive decline in older adults. - Live longer
Studies show that people who participate in regular aerobic exercise live longer than those who don't exercise regularly.

SPIN CLASS- Cardio workouts, How to take a spin class
SPINNING- What is it?
There are many kinds of cardio, but for me, I truly believe spinning is the most fun and safest way to burn calories. This past week I returned to teaching spin class after a year long hiatus, boy did I miss it! But, what I was reminded of, was that people are simply afraid of spinning.
I would like to dispell some of these horror stories, in hopes it will bring you to a bike at your local gym soon!
1. It is too hard- unless you can't ride a bike, I don't see how it is too hard. Like anything, practice makes perfect. Attend your first class, and sit in the back corner. Go easy. I always say to newcomers "It takes 3 classes to get use to it."
2. It hurts- Yes, I am not going to lie, your bottom will hurt, I suggest bringing a bike seat cover that you can easily get at Walmart or Target, $10 for piece of mind and is more sanitary :)
3. I don't know what to do- Well, my friends.. I never understand why when it is someones first class, they show up, RIGHT when the class starts. I would highly suggest arriving 10 minutes early. Normally, you will have a kind instructor like myself, who will take the time to help you set up your bike. This will make the experience much better! Here are some good pointers for setting up your bike.

Here are some good pointers for setting up your bike.
- Set the seat height at a level you think might be about right. I always have the seat hit my HIP bone. Next sit on the saddle, placing the balls of your feet on the pedals.
Push down on one pedal, stopping it at the bottom of the pedal stroke, where your foot is at its furthest point from your body. Your leg should be almost fully extended, but with a slight bend in the knee, and your hips should not rock as you pedal. - Once you get the seat about right, place your pedals in the horizontal position (parallel to the ground) and look down to see how your knee is lining up with your pedal: a plumb line hanging from the bottom of your forward knee cap should align with the center of the pedal.
- Adjust the seat forward or backward accordingly, and remember that you may now need to raise or lower the seat slightly since the seat's fore-aft position affects your reach to the pedals. If you are taller than 5'7" than have the seat pushed toward the back, and if you are shorter move the seat forward.
- Now sit on the bike and see how your hands feel on the handlebars. About 40% of your weight should be resting on the handlebars while about 60% should be on your saddle. If you have too much weight up front, raise the handlebars; if you have too much weight on the seat, lower the handlebars.
- Be sure both legs still have a slight bend in the knee at maximum extension. Most of us have one leg that's shorter than the other!
- This is just a rough starting point. Do what feels most comfortable to you.
If your back bothers you, try raising the handlebars higher. - Bring a pen and some paper with you to write down the best settings once you've dialed them in as best you can. That will save you time and energy in the future.
- Don't be afraid to ask for help. :)
- Bring water and a towel also!

Why do we get sick when the weather changes?!?/sick/common cold/weather changes
Why do you get sick when the weather changes? It always seems to happen every time the seasons change and there seems to be nothing we can do about it. We comply to the fact that when this happens, it is a natural part of life and that is the way it is. Millions of people have to use there “sick” days for actually being sick instead of going on vacation or taking a “me” day for the heck of it. Employers lose millions of dollars in lost time and productivity ever day. Most people don’t ever stop to think why this happens much less what we can do to prevent it.
So what does happen you ask? It can all be related to a simple thing that we all have in our daily routines…..STRESS. We don’t eat right, we love fast food, we work too many hours, worry about what our boss thinks of us, what deadlines need to be met, we have to pick up the kids after school, we don’t see our significant others enough, we don’t sleep enough, exercise enough, and on and on and on. It is the American way. We need everything done yesterday and done right!
Our bodies can only handle so much Stress before we start to break down and show the wears and tears in the form of gaining a little extra weight, having trouble sleeping, headaches, slight nausea, irritability, lack of concentration to only name a few. This is what we do to ourselves INTERNALLY. Most people do not pay attention to the weather and its affects on the human body and are more concerned with their weekend plans and if they could be ruined. We forget that Millions of humans over the centuries have died from being too cold or too hot. When the seasons change as well as our environment around us does, our bodies begin to go through a process that requires us to adapt to those changes. We start to get allergies, colds, fevers, etc because our body becomes so overloaded with everything, it breaks down to a point that being sick can take up to a few weeks or a month to fully run its course before our bodies can return to a state of normalcy.
You are probably saying to yourself, well Danielle, I can’t get rid of my kids or spouse or even my job can I? So, I guess I have to deal with getting sick a couple of times a year then. This is not the case. There are various forms of treatment on a regular basis that could be beneficial to you as well as time saving in the long run.

- Chiropractic deals with balancing the body’s nervous system that relays all the messages from the brain to the rest of the body as well as our immune system. Having a balanced nervous system allows us to cope with our Stressors easier as well as everyday life.
- Massage Therapy. Besides the Stress relieving properties a good massage can give you, it also increases your circulation and lymphatic drainage to your entire body. So, when you start to feel that sniffle or cough or twinge in the back of your throat, slow down, get relaxed, go for a treatment. It could mean the difference between using your sick days to relax on a mini vacation or laying in bed for days in agony.
- Your diet.
- Breakfast
- Oatmeal (made with water) topped with mixed berries
- Whole-grain toast
- Orange juice
- Hot decaffeinated tea
- Chicken vegetable soup (or any non-dairy soup)
- Tomato Juice
- Mandarin orange sections
- Mixed green salad
- Hot decaffeinated tea
- Chicken noodle soup (or any non-dairy soup)
- Steamed mixed vegetables
- Whole-wheat pasta with tomato sauce
- Applesauce
- Sliced Fruit
- Hot decaffeinated tea
Of course, I am bias and also think eating amazing nutritional balanced food and vitamins from Isagenix will help keep your body alkaline and strong. For information on that, just ask:)

The Movie FOOD, INC and how it impacted me!
There are many movies that you watch for fun, pleasure or if you are lucky.. education. The documentary
FOOD, INC. is one that I can honestly say impacted my buying decisions as a consumer and the way I eat.
I can remember 12 years ago when I lived in Los Angeles, and I was staying with my cousins Ed and Suzanne. They tried to educate me then about organics, toxins, and all sort of other weird things that seemed foreign to me. Honestly, I thought everyone in California was a little obsessed about the whole ORGANIC craze.
Now I get it.
After being in the fitness field for 10 years, and watching my clients workout, diet, workout, diet and never get maximum results, I suddenly had to decide to open my mind to the possibility that there is something else out there to help us achieve total health and results.
This movie is the easiest way to open your eyes, if you are in denial like I was.
Now that I am a wellness coach focusing on cellular nutritional cleansing, which erases the toxins we put in our body from these foods which are genetically modified, sprayed with pesticides, hormone induced and not to mention the cruelty and living conditions of the animals, I feel somewhat relieved. It feels good to be working towards the solution and watching my friends achieve weight loss the healthy way, and watch other medical issues and concerns diminish. Our country's answer is a pill for everything. I disagree with that. I believe that when you are consuming products that are nutritionally pure your body will become the miracle it is!
I encourage you to rent this movie or even watch the trailer below, you will see what I am talking about!!!
If you want to protect your BODY to live a longer, healthier life I'd love to help you! Here is a great video that discusses what I am doing http://www.drspeaksout.com/ .

A New Year, A New Me, A New You
For many of those who know me I am always on the go, always cooking up something new, and always up for adventure.
With the start of the new year I really sat back and looked at myself and did a serious assessment on what I wanted to accomplish this year.
Since I am passionate about many things it is always hard for me to pick just one "job" and go for it. I love helping people. Whether it is in real estate or fitness.
So, I did it. I took a leap of faith and resigned from my job as manager at Fitness Together. This will finally give me the opportunity to build my own business doing what I love...helping people live a happier better life.
2011 I am taking my at home personal training business MY FIT HERO to the next level. More than just personal training, I know I needed to create a complete package solution so I can help my clients and friends achieve complete success. What I was missing was a tool to make eating healthier and lose weight easy. I obviously, am not a scientist or a Doctor, so the next best thing would be to partner with them.
Nutrition-
I've partnered with Dr. John Anderson and his amazing company. They provide the solution. Since our food today is nutritionally bankrupt, he created all natural healthy shakes and snacks to add to our diet. His products offer a solution to cleanse our bodies, while replenishing and nourishing at the same time. A win-win solution. Amazing natural products, that give my clients a way to lose weight the healthy way, and a game plan to keep it off. Even better it is cost effective and consists of yummy shakes, chocolates and healthy fruits. This enables me to help my friends all over the country achieve total health and cleanse at the cellular level. I am so excited about this opportunity I could type about it all day!
Skin-
Our skin is our lifeline to aging. If we can stop the clock and turn it back 10 years, combined with our
fit bodies then we will have achieved complete total wellness. I've partnered with the makers of Proactiv, Rodan and Fields, what they did for acne, they are doing again with four amazing product lines.
I know can help my clients erase wrinkles instead of botox, get rid of sun damage and sunspots, end adult acne, and a solution for sensitive skin. http://www.myskinhero.myrandf.com/
I am positive about the new year and the team of people I've met along the way to help me make this the best yet. I truly love my life and all the hard work and lessons that have made this possible.
I am having fun building my own website, learning how to blog, and being creative.
Stay tuned for more on my adventure, tips and success stories!
